Build a funnel that qualifies before sales begins

We build a fast website or funnel with focused questions, suitable automation, CRM connections and conversion measurement. AI is used only where it demonstrably helps the visitor or follow-up.

CONTROLLED OUTPUTSerious enquiryREADY

01 / OUTCOME

A good funnel does not collect as many forms as possible. It gives visitors context, clarifies demand and delivers the information sales needs for fast and relevant follow-up.

01

Better context

Proposition, questions and proof match the visitor's decision moment.

02

More serious enquiries

Progressive qualification captures market, need, timing, capacity and contact details.

03

Faster follow-up

Validated data moves to the right inbox, CRM route or internal workflow.

02 / SCOPE

Parts of an AI Funnel Build

01

Proposition and route design

From traffic source and search intent to page, question sequence and commercial next step.

02

Conversion website or campaign funnel

Server-first pages with fast first render, accessible interaction and a clear mobile flow.

03

Qualifying forms

Multi-step questions, validation, serious fit signals and a confirmation suited to the enquiry.

04

AI at useful moments

For example summarising, categorising or supporting follow-up, with human control where needed.

05

CRM and automation

Secure connections to current systems, notifications, task routes or a lightweight owned process.

06

Conversion measurement

First-party steps from page view and form start to qualified enquiry and follow-up status.

03 / PROCES

The decision first, then the technology

01

Funnel model

We align audience, promise, objections, qualification and follow-up.

02

Prototype

The full route becomes visible before every connection and detail is completed.

03

Build and integration

Pages, form logic, automation and measurement are built as one system.

04

Live test

We verify real devices, error paths, email delivery, data transfer and conversion events.

04 / FIT

A strong fit when

  • +Traffic arrives but too few visitors become serious enquiries
  • +Sales receives forms without enough context
  • +Several tools or manual steps slow follow-up
  • +A new proposition needs measurable market validation quickly

05 / GRENZEN

What we deliberately avoid

  • Γ—Adding AI without a clear user or process benefit
  • Γ—A heavy client app for a simple landing flow
  • Γ—Automated decisions without verifiable criteria
  • Γ—Depending on more tools than the process needs

07 / FAQ

Questions before a useful scope

Does every funnel need AI?+

No. AI is a means, not a required layer. Static logic is often faster and more reliable. We use AI only when variation, summarisation or support adds genuine value.

Can existing CRM systems be connected?+

Usually. Before the start we review APIs, webhooks, authentication and which data is actually needed. The connection becomes part of the agreed scope.

Can you build only a landing page?+

Yes, when that is the right smallest system. The page will still be designed around qualification, follow-up and measurement rather than visual design alone.

Can several campaigns share the same foundation?+

Yes. Components, fields and measurement contracts can be reusable while proposition and qualification stay specific to each campaign.
