01 / OUTCOME

This sprint is for organisations that do not want a never-ending SEO subscription, but first need a strong website foundation for content and commercial growth.

01

Crawlable foundation

Routes, metadata, canonicals, language alternatives, sitemap and structured data form one consistent whole.

02

Citable expertise

Core pages connect a clear question, verifiable answer, methodology and next step.

03

Owned baseline

Search traffic, source, landing page and qualified enquiry are connected first-party.

02 / SCOPE

What the Foundation Sprint delivers

01

Technical SEO audit and repair

Indexability, internal routes, metadata, canonicals, hreflang, sitemap and performance.

02

Content and intent architecture

A page model based on real questions, commercial search intent and internal reinforcement.

03

Structured data and entities

Consistent Organization, Service, FAQ, Article and breadcrumb markup where it fits the content.

04

International route foundation

Language routes, local metadata and a scalable model for market-specific content.

05

First-party measurement

Privacy-aware events from source and landing page to enquiry, without relying on a separate CRO tool.

06

Handover report and backlog

A tested production build, baseline and prioritised next steps for content and authority.

03 / PROCES

From technical noise to a controlled foundation

02

Architecture

We define page roles, search intents, entities and the route to conversion.

03

Build and content

We repair the foundation and build core pages, structured data and measurement.

04

Verification and handover

We test publicly, verify mobile and deliver a clear management and content backlog.

04 / FIT

A strong fit when

  • +The site exists but lacks a clear SEO and content architecture
  • +Expertise is mentioned but not yet explained in a verifiable way
  • +Several languages or markets need to grow without duplication
  • +You want to measure enquiries by source and landing page yourself

05 / GRENZEN

What the sprint does not promise

  • Γ—No guaranteed rankings or AI mentions
  • Γ—No bulk production of shallow articles
  • Γ—No endless monthly retainer as the default
  • Γ—No invented cases, authors or authority signals

07 / FAQ

Questions before a useful scope

Is GEO different from SEO?+

The technical foundation overlaps strongly. GEO adds emphasis on clear entities, verifiable expertise, source value and answers that are easy to understand and cite. There is no switch that guarantees inclusion in AI answers.

Does the whole website need rebuilding?+

Not automatically. We first assess whether the current code and templates form a sound foundation. Only parts blocking indexation, speed, content or measurement are replaced or rebuilt.

Can you create the first content as well?+

Yes. The sprint can include core pages, methodology, service pages and an initial knowledge cluster. Content is published only when it reflects real expertise and a clear search intent.

What happens after the sprint?+

You receive a prioritised backlog. Follow-up work can be handled internally, built as a separate sprint or expanded after evaluation.
